This summer has been a whirlwind of events for our family.... hence the lack of blogging :)
Raegan's surgery definitely put a damper on our summer activities but thankfully she has healed and we have started getting use to our new normal with her. While Raegan, Lilli, and I stayed in for the most part this summer, the teenagers were able to have some fun along the way. (John was in Korea for all of July).
Austin went to Washington D.C. with his WorldVision group and had a wonderful time. Thanks to Kristie for sharing the pics below...

Savanna went on a cruise with my brother, sister-in-law, and cousin Faith. This was in celebration of her and Faith's 13th birthdays.
They suffered through a week at sea, Cozumel, and Playa Del Carman.

Raegan's first swim since surgery (Mom broke the rules shhhh....)
This is Raegan and her orphanage "sister" that also lives in MS. Aren't they beautiful?

Lilo from Lilo & Stitch came to visit us

The princess and the hippie spent some time at our house as well

Sporting the newest look from Mexico ... compliments of Savanna :)

A short trip to Texas to visit family and to see my beautiful cousin, Caroline.

Savanna and one of her BFF's, Kelsey in Texas. These two can pick up right where they left off after several months apart. I love that they have this friendship with each other.

We had a little impromptu birthday celebration for my Grandmother. She turns 88 today!

The cousins :) Watch out world!

School starts tomorrow so our summer is officially over!
(Jill, Am I off blog probation now? lol)

Yes, I missed your blogging as well but thank goodness we have texted to keep up with each other.
Love this post! Looks like everyone had a great summer. Soooo jealous of Miss Savanna. What a great opportunity that Austin had to go to Washington and World Vision is just awesome! As always, sweet Raegan is always on my heart and in my prayers. Love you. See you soon, my kindred spirit. ;)
Wow, what a busy summer! Austin looked sharp in that tux:-) Of course all your girls looked beautiful too (as always:-)
Beautiful pictures, as always!!!
Listen - while I've missed your blogging - I think you've had more than enough on your plate to give you a pass on this one! Besides - we finally got to meet for real, and there ain't nothing wrong with that either! Looks like it was a rockin summer for most...I've NEVER been on a cruise! While we've started sports - school is still a couple weeks out for us!
And as always - your pictures just are super (of course you've got some great models too!!)!!

Hello,
I just wanted to say thank you for your blog and great pics. I am the mom of a beautiful 4 year old from Zhangshu. We live in Panama but miss Misissippi. I love seeing pics of the zoo and other familiar places (I am from Gulfport). Thanks again,
Amy
Austin told me that today is Miss Raegan's Birthday so I figured I would stop by and send a Happy Birthday to her!
I'll get those DC pictures to you really soon, I know that you are looking foward to seeing all of the ones Austin didn't steal from me.
